The Eisen Agency was originally created in 1987, dreamed up by our current president and "wannabe rockstar," who, at the ripe old age of 17, dubbed the firm Eisen Management Group. He couldn't find a management group to manage his rock band. So, true to form and "never say die attitude," he created his own. Similarly, as an award winning journalist, corporate side PR executive and, after working for a few "other agencies," and frustrated by rampant inefficiencies, bloated budgets and lack of responsiveness, he knew he could do it better and built The Eisen Agency – an agency built for the clients.

In its infancy, Eisen Management Group (EMG) was primarily an entertainment and promotions firm based in the Cleveland/Akron area, and worked for a variety of entertainers (especially our president's) and entertainment venues, booking, promoting and publicizing clubs, entertainers and rock bands. Our founder and president is an entertainer, a musician to this day (trust us, he still sings around the office although we ask him not to wear the leather pants). It is that hard working dreamer in all of us, combined with an expertise and commitment to excellence that drives each and every one of us. No one is too proud to do anything that needs to be done to put on a consistently great performance for our clientele.

It is the cornerstone of who we are. Hard work. Quality work. Resourceful. Responsive. It is the incredible drive, tenacity and work ethic of a small town country boy who spent his summers mucking horse stalls and bailing hay that leads us – proudly today as Cincinnati's largest, nationally ranked and multiple award winning PR Firm. In 2010 our president was named Cincinnati PRSA Public Relations Professional of the Year, among other honors as Cincinnati's Most Award Winning PR firm in 2010.

And yes, everyone asks us "Who is Mr. Eisen" or "Where did the term Eisen" come from. Our president always says that he doesn't need his name on the door because the agency is all of us, all of you. It's not "his" firm, it's "our firm," and we stand committed to that same hard work and that same excellence that ultimately created The Eisen Agency.
